After many failed PUK codes, my sim card got blocked. How can I fix this asap? Please help me! Thanks!

If you have tried contacting the moderators for a PUK code but it failed, your fastest solution is to purchase a new SIM at Walmart, K Mobile, or WOW mobile. You can change the active SIM in your self serve account.
If younhave not yet requested a PUK code, click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator's team with your phone number, PIN, and an explanation. Moderator hours are as follows: Monday to Friday, 9 am (ET) to 9 pm (ET); Saturday - Sunday 9 am (ET) - 7:30 pm (ET). The answer is usually in a few hours, but can take 24.
