@mlbru you don't need to ticket to port out the number.
You just need to login to My Account, get the account number from Profile page.
Then request porting with you lr new provider, provide them your PM account number. You will then receive a text from PM and you just need to reply YES and pretty much done then

That's awful that the chatbot would send you back here. However, you do need to go back to the chatbot to tell it to open a ticket. I went into the chatbot and typed in "number porting ticket" and a few mouse clicks later, the option to contact a customer support agent is given.

@mlbru hi porting out your number is done by the company you are going with,just leave your public sim in phone to receive transfer text, and public account needs to be active

@mlbru you need to submit the ticket to CS_Agent or using Chat bot.
