Hi,
Please help me to port out my number to Roger, I have my account number but it doesn't work

@quyetnguyen1 Are you certain the number you are giving them is your account number? Another option is to ask them to try with your IMEI number. But Rogers needs to start the process somehow so you would need to call their customer service for help.

It's not in my case, my account is still active just the account number does not work.

Porting out to Rogers is all on Rogers to manage @quyetnguyen1
All you have to do is:
Get Rogers on it if you've done the above. They control the process, not Public Mobile.

@quyetnguyen1 You start the porting process with Roger’s . Leaving PM sim in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port . But your public mobile account needs to be active to do this does your PM sim still work ?

it will work as long as you have the correct account number as well as the account is active
So, you submitted your request to Rogers? did you get a text from PM yet ? You need to reply within 90 mins
if you haven't receive the text yet or you missed the 90 mins window, call Rogers and ask them to re-trigger the porting request.
Wait another hour or two and you should receive the Porting Authorization Text from shortcode 4799 or 4800
If still not receive the text from PM asking you to approve the porting, please open ticket with PM support using this direct link: https://urlshortner.tiia.ai/Lc9xk8
Make sure that you respond to this text within 90 minutes. If you do not receive this SMS or you do not respond within the 90 minute window, make up to 4 additional attempts to send it. If you are still experiencing any difficulties, reach out to a Customer Support Agent

Hello @quyetnguyen1
To be able to port out your number from Public Mobile to Rogers, the PM account has to be active. If its' not active, load $20 on it and choose the $15 plan as it's the cheapest to activate it. THen reach out to Rogers to port.
Just wondering the reason why you're porting out? Better plans, better price... ??
