Not receiving texts or phone calls. Tried everything to fix it but no go

@Gogeen36   If you don't want to reset all settings try turning airplane mode on, wait a minute and then turn it off again and see if that works.  If not you can contact customer service by sending a private message using the link @Handy1 gave you earlier.

You might want to clean the copper contacts with a microfibre cloth before putting it back into the phone and powering back on.

Yrs you need to re-enter the wifi password and the cellular settings.

@Gogeen36   Did you just transfer from another provider or are you a long-time Public Mobile customer?

@Gogeen36  Just wifi password yes and re connect any blue tooth accessories

Yes rebooted also removed SIM card and put it back in. If I reset network settings will I lose passwords
