Port out my number error

Hi: 

I want to port out my phone number from Public mobile for freedom mobile but it appeared there's an error. Freedom mobile told me to check with PM. 

How can I do it?

first, make sure your PM account is active.

and did you provide Freedom the account number? don't use IMEI has that is troublesome, provide them the account number

and call Freedom back and ask them to retrigger the process with the account number

@PM77  You need to make sure your PM account is active to port out and leave PM SIM card in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port . And you need freedom to re trigger the port request . But if you need PM support here’s the link
