Hi: I want to port out my phone number from Public mobile for freedom mobile but it appeared there's an error. Freedom mobile told me to check with PM. How can I do it? Thank you 

I received the promo message too and replied yes. Any chance that I can see this plan in my account, or I must wait until my next renew day?
