Port number stuck

I recently ported my phone number from tigers however I can not receive phone calls or text.    Rogers  says my number is not ported.    

Can I have the phone number for the porting customer service.  Been since Friday trying to sort this

I need customer service phone number, We cannot log into our account because 1 time code does not come to our number and there is no alternative
