Porting number to Public Mobile

I am in the middle of porting my number over to Public Mobile and it was rejected. I would like to speak with a customer service agent to see what the issue is.

@Lisasmith2786did you provide the old provider's account number??

There is a number to call to talk to live support,  they can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed
