did Chatr try to reset the porting request?.

If you have made a request to port your number to another carrier and have not received an SMS from Public Mobile to confirm your request, please . This will put you in touch with our Customer Support Agents who will be able to assist you.

@diana5 - if you are going to chatr, you need to go to the them to restart the process to port your active public mobile number over to chatr.

@diana5  Did you leave the public mobile SIM card in phone and still not receive text that you would have 90 mins to reply YES to ? And do you still have the pm SIM card
