Port issue with same email on Koodo Account

Tried to port from Bell to PM. My mistake was my PM and Koodo accountso use the same email. Anyone with suggestion to fix. No Mods has replied for a few days.

Change your Koodo account email address. Then if the Bell SIM is still working try:
