I noticed the posting I submitted are in "My Rejected Items" anyone know why and what I am doing wrong? Maybe this is the reason I am not getting a response from the Mods?

Tried to port from Bell to PM. My mistake was my PM and Koodo accountso use the same email. Anyone with suggestion to fix. No Mods has replied for a few days.

I had similar experience. After 12 days without service a mod replied to say problem fixed but will have to wait 72 hours to receive a notification SMS. It worked after 48 hrs but not SMS notification. If you find phone without service just reboot

I use My Data Manager on my Android device. It works great, even to support the 12G 30 days plan.
