I just port my 2 phone numbers from fido to public mobile and now I can't received calls.
But I can dial out and send text. I have send PM to moderator but no response.
Hope someone can resolve this for me.

You haven't said if these are mobile numbers, or landline / voip numbers.
There is a signifigant delay for the latter. Days actually.
However, if you haven't sent a PM to the moderator+_team, please do so, but not, as there is a promo, response times will be longer than normal (we've experienced this before on other promos)

It has been over 15 hours after porting. But still can't receive phone call.
Anyone know when will the moderator response to message?
I have sent message to moderator for few hours already. But still no response.

I already tried what you said before and my mobile network is showing public mobile.
But still can't receive phone call.

It took about 2 hours for my port to be completed. The following steps might help:
-Reboot your phone
-Power off your phone and remove the SIM. Re-insert and power on
-Go into your phone's Cellular Network settings and manually select Public Mobile as your Network Operator.

If you just started the port for your phone lines, the process may take a few hours to complete.
