An agent named Alex contacted me and I explained the problem that I am suffering since 18th of this month. I am not in a position to make or receive any call. I shared my problem on Tuesday and still there is no response from your end. This is simply unacceptable. I am in serious difficulty for this helpless situation.

You have to reply directly back to those messages. Go to your inbox and look at your sent items and reply back letting them know the issue still persist. This is the Community forum.
What is the issue? Is it regarding not being able to make calls?
