After some difficulty signing up yesterday it looks like I'm good to go with a temporary PM number. I've since tried porting my old Fido number in and recieved the text from Fido confirming the port, to which I responded YES. Almost immediately I recieved the following from PM:
Hey, it's Public Mobile. We're having trouble transferring your number. Looks like you entered an incorrect account number. Someone from our team will contact you shortly using your original phone number or the alternate number provided. You can also get in touch via our virtual assistant at: https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat
I'm pretty sure I provided the right account number since I copied and pasted from a bill, but regardless, I haven't heard from anyone since.. Sounds like there may be a number to call to help resolve the issue? Can someone provide me with the number?
