Hello, it seems to be that I have an issue with my ported in number. I am not able to receive any calls or texts, but outgoing works with no issues. The old providers sim card is no longer working. Please help.

Seems like data and all outgoing texts/calls are working. Just not incoming.

your problem is the account not completely setup yet. Please ask support agent to check
