Thanks TheSterling.

According to what Dunkman suggests, I should first change my SIM number and then activate my card, right?

Do not activate a new account with the new SIM card.

Go to your profile page and replace the SIM card number.

Report your phone as lost/stolen to suspend your service. Then order a SIM from either Public Mobile, Amazon or your local retailers. When you receive it then you can go back and resume your service then change your SIM card number.

SIM from Public Mobile directly: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/purchase-sim
