Hello 

 

I would like port out from public mobile 

 

It isn’t going through how do I fix this or get help ?

first, your PM account is active?

did you get a text from PM asking for your approval to port out the number?  you need to reply YES without 90 mins

 

Please call your new provider again and ask them to retrigger the porting request. Then make sure you have your PM sim card in a phone and wait for the text, and reply YES

Who are you porting to? Is your PM account active? It must be unless porting to Telus or Koodo.

I don’t want a public mobile number the new carrier is saying public mobile isn’t releasing my existing number

Sorry, this cannot be done

 

Once you ported out your number, your account will be automatically closed and cannot pick a new number again

of course, you cannot get a new number first as you would loss your own number
