You are on Public Mobile for your cell phone and that is like using a low-cost airline. You just don't get anything for nothing. Soon low-cost airlines will probably ask customers to bring their own wings. At Public Mobile there is no customer service. Their virtual assistant is crap, and the community consists of a collection of users who only answers to problems is similar to throwing spaghetti at a wall just to see what sticks. If you want real human contact that cares about your problem, you won't find it at Public Mobile. Best of luck to you.

Did you try login to your account and purchase additional data in Purchase Add-ons.

HI @Munirabdelwasie   buying add-ons requires 2 separate steps, first to load fund , then buying the add-on

 

did you do both?  remember, people click on buying but then it brings you to load fund.  After fund is loaded, you still need to go back and buy.  It's troublesome

 

So, check if you did both steps

Maybe let us know what problem you have and we will try to help.  

It is usually quicker to get an answer from the Community then via PM CS Agent

 

But if you need to open ticket, here you are:

 

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

start by typing : Contact CS Agent
then Click "Contact Us"
then Click "Other"
finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
