I've been on my plan for many years.
$39/mo
4gb/mo unlimited texting
BC calling anytime.
Today I got a notification saying I used up my data(12gb/3mon) login to PM and it shows no data on my plan or in my usage.
Solved! Go to Solution.

How long ago did you renew? You may have gone through it without realizing it. I know a lot of ppl went through a ton of data bc of the Rogers outage, so if you have your internet with Rogers or Fido you were using your phone and PM data instead etc....even if that wasn't the case you may have used it up without realizing it.

Is your renewal date tomorrow?
It is normal that your account is Expired but if you are on AutoPay or sufficient funds…you can ignore this notice.
In your My Data & Add-ons section doesn’t show xxx/12,228mb at 3G then you used up your 12G/3 months.
In the View My Usage, it will listed all the dates and amount of data used…then you will need to purchase additional data.

@day2day hopefully that means it's your renewal overnight

Your renewal occurs tonight. Your data will return at midnight eastern.

Your current plan goes through a "renewal" process every 90 days. When was last renewal ? Do you have wifi assist disabled on your cell phone ? If not...wise to do so.

I've had this account for like 5 years. Never had to "renew"

Log in to you plan / Plan Details to confirm if you're still on that old plan.

If you have used up all of your data then the data counters disappear. Did you recently renew? Your data counters may not have reset upon renewal.
