Is public mobile going to start offering points for pre authorized payment? We used to get money back.

No, they replaced it with 5% points back. The problem is when the points system was introduced plans that costed $40 or more (which gives an equivalent 2 points back) was more common than it is now. Now most plans will give you less. Perhaps PM should double it to 10% points back.

Customers would clearly desire more points, but customers need to ask the reason for the change to points in the first place.  If the purpose was for Public Mobile to increase it's revenue/decrease its expenses, granting more points would be contrary to that goal.

the point on payment is strictly 5% of the payment you made

I've noticed that the 5% isn't actually based on the amount of the payment added to the Public Mobile available account balance but is rather bassed on 5% of the plan price.

@cski

the point on payment is strictly 5% of the payment you made

But you will get 10 bonus points every year on your anniversary date with PM

and you will start get the same Friend referral bonus but it will be paid in points, 1 point for each friend on each renewal
