Please update my current Data from 40 GB to 50GB current Subscription plan

I took a new Public connection on December 23rd,2023 and my Subscription plan is $34 for 40GB when I checked the website today, you are giving the same subscription for $34 at 50GB.

Can you please update my current 40GB to 50 GB as a New Customer?

That plan is for new activations only. You can try reaching out to support to ask if it can be changed but you may be denied.

@Ads1  Sorry the 50GB for $34 is only for. New  activations only , not existing customers I’m in same boat as you so just decided to create a new account with new email to get the offer

We are all customers like you here. Nobody from Public Mobile monitors these boards. 

You picked the plan you wanted at the time and there is really no way to change it. You can reach out to a CS Agent via this link to confirm it. I'm 100% positive they won't change it for you but hey, I've seen weirder stuff happen.
