Hi There,
I was traveling out of my town (Calgary) to BC and I found my line disconnected from the network and interenet.
I tried to resolve the problem while i'm traveling but I couldn't do anything as I was in the woods.
I feel very frustertatedm eventhough, I used to trust your service.
My subscruption should end in July 15th and I have been out of service since June 29th.
What should I do if I can not call your customer service or even complain to anyone???

I am assuming you are back in Calgary now? Have you tried restarting your phone to see if it made a difference?
