About six months ago I hooked up a one month plan for my mom who needed a phone in the hospital. I never renewed it because she was at home & has a home phone. Now she wants to use the phone again so I’ve been trying for two days to log into my account but it won’t let me. I don’t remember the password, so I try to reset my password but it won’t it says failed login. Thanks in advance!

@carjackmyheart 6 months is too long. here, they only give you 3 months to come back.
But get free sim from store activation, get the 2GB promo for 6 months, get a friend referral code for $10. You earn more by coming back new.

If she chooses to activate a new plan and time is of the essence I would suggest an alternative like Canadian Cell Supplies, not only is it much quicker these days to ship, it is about 70-80% off the typical price.

If the account went more than 90 days without paid service it's automatically cancelled and deactivated. Sorry you would have to activate with a new SIM card and email.
