This is getting to be the most frustrating and annoying online self service platform known to mankind. I did not have money on my visa for payment today so I put money on it and now it's taken me over an hour to get absolutley no where and cannot get subscription to start working again 😞

you need to manually payment to resume service if your plan is already suspended
Login to My Account using browser with Incognito mode, click Pay and Resume Services to make a manual payment
if you don't see such a button, use the following link to go to the Add Fund to account page, load enough fund for the system to renew your service:
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card
After you make the payment, logoff from My Account and reboot the phone and test

@Greg82 Do you not see pay now button ? Tap it or in your payment page you can manually add funds with credit card or voucher . And you can add voucher *611 also and get from shoppers drug mart to resume services right away after you make payment reboot the phone you should be good

you see a button Pay and Resume service now? click and make a payment there
