Since this your first month payment, you have to send a private email to moderator team to get your refund or credit.

Usually when things like this happen, people get credited back into their Available Funds. Seems rare to get the money back on a card.
But in the meantime, if you're willing, please post a screen snip of your recent Payment History from the self-serve and maybe we can see what you're seeing. Blank out personal info of course.
