I paid my bill and then switched to Koodo as per the offer on my public mobile account.
I spoke to someone who said to go ahead and then contact them for a refund. I am not able to
I made a post the other day about this but no one has answered and I can not find the post.
can someone assist how I would get my refund back

hi @Theone80031
this is your first post, where was your "post the other day"
PM never issue refund for early port out like your case
but Koodo and PM both owned by Telus and Koodo might be able to issue you a one time credit. Please check with Koodo directly
