Please Help! Can't receive incoming calls

It's been 4 days since I ported my carrier to Public mobile. I can only make calls but cannot receive calls or messages. I have gone through previous threads on this issues and I reached out to CS_Agent 2 days ago but nobody has yet contacted me yet. I don't know what calls/messages I have missed! Please help!!!

I have a question for you. If you port back to Koodo are you able to bring your old number with you? I am having a similar issue with not being able to receive (or make) calls/texts/data on my phone.

Even the Koodo team couldn't help so I am changing it to Koodo instead. Very sad about this. 

@rosequ  Koodo and public mobile use the same back end team for porting issues , but if you prefer you can also reach out to CS Agents also . Use this direct link  to support

Yes, I think I did. I also tried the porting number but it points me to Koodo assistant 😞

@rosequ  Did you mean old provider simcard in phone and reply yes to confirmation text to port number ? No worries I’ll send you the porting team number private message right away and they can re trigger the port request for you
