Hi, has anyone tried to get in touch with customer service to see if it is possible to benefit from a plan offered for new activations only even though they are existing customers? My son just got his first phone and his plan is much more interesting than mine. I would like to switch to the same plan as him but it is for new activations only.

They declined me last week. They declined me in January also.
I'm still on the old $15 plan.
I dint have time or energy to play that game.

Thanks Rastin, I saw that plan on the app but my son is getting 3 gig for 19$ (using the 90-day subscription) - his deal is much better!

It's been hit and miss some people will get it and other get refused. There is a plan not listed on the site for old customers 19$1gig log into the app and you should see it

Yes. I've done it 3 times and was successful. Just be nice and respectful. 🙂
If they say no, then play the game. Port out to another service provider and then port back in. Granted, Public Mobile is painfully aware that you may like the other service provider and risk losing you but eh, that's the chances they take.
