I purchased a 30 gig $44 monthly plan and it only gave me 15 gigs and didn’t activate proper plan. What do I do?

(and if you were trying to submit via Chatbot before, then yes, Chatbot is not working, but direct message works)

@Joe6883   In case it is just a browser cache problem and you were reading old cached info,  please login My Account again using Incognito mode to confirm once again

if it really gave you the wrong amount of data, please open ticket with PM support:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
