@anniem3878 If still stuck open a support ticket; click on https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html and enter your question in SIMon. Follow / invent the prompts until you reach the Contact Us button, click on it and a Submit Ticket button should appear. To confirm that your ticket has been submitted, check the SEND box in your private messages; click on the small envelope next to your avatar at the top right of your screen.

Login to your account to see if it is Active and your fund amount including all taxes.
If it is Active, there maybe an outage in your area.

Did you login to My Account? is it showing Account status active?
On your phone, is there any error message on the phone status bar?
Did you try to reboot your phone?
What is not working? everything? incoming calls? outgoing? data? text?
did you try put your sim card in another phone to text?
did you try to test your phone in another area?
