Hi
I opted for the $40 plan on renewal date that comes with 15GB data from $45 6GB plan. My credit card is being charged a lower fee (around $44 with taxes), however on my online account it still shows that I am on the $45 6 GB plan.
I am not sure what to do at this stage. This has been going on for the last 2 months. Any help would be appreciated.

It is likely just a browser cache issue and you are only seeing old cached page earlier.
try to login My Account again using Incognito mode and you should see the correct plan
Also, check Payment page when you are on Incognito mode and confirm which plan PM was charging you

@shafirpl @Your bill statement is clear evidence your plan has changed , unfortunately pm sometimes has cache issues just follow my steps and you will see your new plan appear
