Hey MY plan expired today and I am trying to switch to a new 30 day plan I have unlimited canda calling, 2 GB at 3 g, and international text Total is $52 - i loaded the 58.60 to my account However now it is saying it cannt be processed at this time Please help

I assume you mean that you cannot access Change Plan from your account? If so, you will need moderator assistance. Click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number and an explanation.

@swolski unforutnately once your account is suspended (even if it was just today), you are not able to change the plan yourself in self-serve. The only option is to re-activate on your previous plan, which is probably not what you want. However, you can send a private message to the moderator team explaining the situation and asking them to do it for you. They should be able to help.
For future reference, you can also pre-schedule a plan change for your next renewal. If you had done that this time, you would not have experienced any disruption in service. Just so you know for next time. 🙂
