Account disabled?

 Hi,

I have not been using my Public Mobile account for the last 89 days, but know that I can reactivate within 90 days. Now that I am trying to reactivate my account, I am unable to login, as it seems my account has been disabled. Can someone help me, because I do not want to lose my plan and would like my previous account/plan to be reactivated.

@Lacaille, there may have been an issue renewing your plan. Send a private message to @CS_Agent with your email address and phone number and they will be able to assist you and get your service up and running.

how come the still charge my credit card if my account is disabled ??? fraud ??? not a happy camper here!

* SIM card number(if available)
* PM phone number
* Detailed explanation
