My plan didn’t renew with auto payments. It doesn’t show as expired online but I can’t call out or in. Plan expires today

The account doesn’t show as suspended online so I can’t manually renew but the account is suspended if I try to call

Try resetting your auto payments at your bank.

@Patsy3  .did you happen to have a plan change scheduled ?? If so this sometimes Happens  on renewal day and plan scheduled to change . If this the case it’s easy fix for support
