Plan data not working in USA

Hi Admin,

i took the $39 us and Canada free talk,text and 50gb data plan. I am in the USA now and the data is not working for me. I turned on data roaming already and also restarted my phone. Could you please help my data work. thanks

I already tried toggling between 3g and LTE, 3g doesn't show any networks at all, i tried to toggle airplane mode on and off, tried rebooting. All no help at all. My wife is on the same plan and her phone works fine, she hotspots me so I can get on this forum.

generally, Verizon is harder to connected

you can try reboot your phone once.  And try changing network mode to 4G or LTE and try again with the 3 networks

I have a similar issue. I can see Verizon or AT&T networks as options when I switch to manual, but my phone won't connect to either one, says "unable to connect". It worked fine for about 10 days and all of a sudden I have no service at all.

Somethings not right. I was just down in vermont for 5 days last week data roamjng turned on and it automatically jumped to at&t if I remember right?

Critical part to US roaming depends on T-Mobile/AT&T/Verizon coverage and whether you can connect successfully onto either network.

If the phone is not connecting to T-Mobile/AT&T/Verizon, change the Network Connection from Automatic to Manual and select and test both T-Mobile and AT&T and see which one you can connect.

If your issue is with data, make sure your Roaming Mobile data is enabled and you have disabled your mobile data limiter.  Also change your network mode to 4G (and don't try 5G until you can connect and works on 4G)

If your issue is with voice, make sure VoLTE is enabled on the device setting.  And if it does not work, try to change the Network to T-Mobile ONLY, and change  Preferred Network Type or Network Mode to 2G and see if the calls go through.
Also, you can download VoIP app TextNow as a workaround to make calls and text if you have Wifi or if your roaming has data component and data  is working
