everything is empty when I login

Hi,

The number is 343xxxxxxx and data is not working. I logged in to check but nothing seems to work.

It does not display my data. Please advice.

do you see blank page or it gives you option to choose a new plan or so?

use browser with Incognito mode and try again

but if you need PM to help,  Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen       

But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

First and foremost, please click on the arrow in the box and edit your comments and remove your phone number. These are not private forums.

Turn your phone's airplane mode on for a minute, then turn it off and reboot your phone. This should reconnect you to the network.

The data issue has been resolved.

If everything is blank, then clear your data and cache and reboot.
