Change my plan to new offer now data is not working and I cannot have phone calls coming in or messages
Anyone know how to fix this reset phone multiple times still has not resolved the issue

the plan was supposed to be changed yesterday or today?
Many have problem wirh plan change scheduled for yesterday. Please open ticket with PM support. But expect some wait, long line up
to open ticket with CS Agent:

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

There have been quite a few reports of this over the last few days. @J_PM: Is Public Mobile going to comment about these concerrns? @Rgalbraith78: For an account issue, you would need to open a ticket and ask a customer support agent for help.
