Was offered a new promo plan. So I switched to save 5 bucks. Now my data isn’t working and can barely send sms. Phone calls work ok. 
reset the network settings. Reset the phone a few times. Did the APN. Nothing seems to work.

Hi @Shokoni_7 might need a bit of patience.. look like a big problem.. let's hope it got fixed soon

I’ve already done that. If it’s not fixed within in a few hours I’m switching carriers.

Hi  @Shokoni_7 the plan was supposed to be changed yesterday?  Many have problem wirh plan change scheduled for yesterday.   Please open ticket with PM support.  But expect some wait, long line up

 

 

to open ticket with CS Agent:

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

  1. start by typing : Contact CS Agent
  2. then Click "Contact Us"
  3. then Click "Other"
  4. finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
    you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

Different plans don't use different APN settings, so while there's a chance that settings on your device got changed by accident, that wouldn't happen because of a plan change.  Because fo the way this happened after the plan change, I suspect that this is an account issue and that you'll need to ask a customer suppor agent for help.  Please open a ticket by using the chatbot:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
