Was offered a new promo plan. So I switched to save 5 bucks. Now my data isn’t working and can barely send sms. Phone calls work ok. reset the network settings. Reset the phone a few times. Did the APN. Nothing seems to work.
Same here! It’s very frustrating, honestly considering going back to Telus only because I can call customer support edited by computergeek541: inappropriate remarks as per terms of service
