Hi,
I changed the plan on my sons phone for the renewal on the 10th. My account was charge for the change but it is still showing the old plan on my dashboard? Is there a way to get this fixed?

Click the little refresh button in the bottom right corner that may help too, but as @dabr mentioned since the update they have been having a ton of cache issues and inaccurate info and usage numbers, etc

@Shawn1981 Try clearing cache/cookies and using incognito mode or another browser before logging into your account. The self serve account seems have a lot of cache issues since the update recently.
