Plan change, loyalty and pre-authorized payment apply?

When you change plan, will the loyalty discount and pre-authorized payment discount apply for all payments in the new plan?

@umpjmh   Did you schedule your plan change at next renewal or did an immediate change?  If you selected the latter, then rewards don't get applied but will be available at next renewal, that's one reason why it's recommended to schedule the change.

Then why were my rewards not applied to my purchase? I had to pay the full amount, no discounts when I changed plan.

@umpjmh   yes, plan change won't affect loyalty or other discounts.  So , make your plan change and enjoy your new plan

@umpjmh , there are no changes to any rewards when a plan change is made.  If you are on the old reward system, just make sure not to switch to the points reward system which is an action separate from the plan change.

@umpjmh hi yes you get to keep all your rewards,just don't change to new rewards system it is not worth it
