My plan renewed today, but I requested a plan change at renewal. Prior, I had a $111 plan, 3Gb of data. The new plan I set to change on my next cycle date was $126, 3Gb data + 3Gb Bonus. Is there anyway to pay the difference and still get my chosen $126 plan??
I have already been charged for the $111 this morning..
