lost my phone a couple days ago and i have been seraching for a number to call and i cant find one anywhere, need help

@Terrylaplante, all you need to do is login to self serve and click on Plans and addons. Under that there is Lost/Stolen phone. You need to go into there and that will suspend your account. You will need to get a new SIM for your next phone, they can be purchased at Walmart, WOW Cellular stores and online for $10.

To report your phone as lost/stolen, log into your self serve account at http://selfserve.publicmobile.ca, click on Plan and Add-ons and then click on the Lost/Stolen Phone tab. You'll be able to disable your SIM card and device there.
For help with locating a lost device, check out the corresponding link below for the type of phone that you have. These services will allow you to see your phones last known location as well as perform a remote wipe/lock to protect your data:
