Plan I see on the home screen not available to me

Hi!

Is there any way to get the $29 CAN/US/MEX 10Gb roaming plan for existing users? I'm currently on last year's black friday deal (50Gb @ $34/mo) and have been loving it. I go to the states often enough and rarely if ever crack 5Gb data usage so I'd love to downgrade my data and upgrade my ability to travel. Is there any way to get this deal for existing users??

@thezetner you could try to port out to another provider and then port back in as a new customer. 

But keep in mind PM doesn't offer refunds for unused days, and you'd also lose any referral or rewards points.

Absolutely is! I'm happy with the price of my current plan (relative to what Rogers was charging me for less) but would love to reduce my data and increase my ability to travel with it while saving a bit of money!

Sucks that they won't let existing customers get the same plans they offer new customers like on Black Friday today...

all subscribers can only choose to change plans available on their Change Subscription page on My Account.  If you don't see the plan, sorry, there is no way to change to that plan
