Plan Change Not "Sticking"

I signed my son up in October 2022 for the $15 plan. Prior to his renewal date in November, I changed to the $40 for 15GB plan. It took my $40+tax payment and gave him 15 GB. When I look at the account online, it shows those charges, but it shows his plan as the $15 plan, and shows that at my next renewal date I will be charged $15. I've re-selected the $40 for 15GB plan for my next renewal date, but I don't think I should have to. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm worried it will keep happening and that plan won't be available to select forever...

The PM website has always been a bit glitchy, but since they did a recent "upgrade" back in July...well lets just say it's underwhelming now. 🤔

You oughta see hairbag1's $15 plan 🙂

Also try all of this in private mode of the browser.

That did refresh the usage info but not the plan info.

Log in again but clear your browser cache and history first and then open a new browser window in incognito. Chrome works well.
