Plan Change Didn't Take Affect on Renewal

Hey there,

I had set a future dated plan change for yesterday to the 12GB for $120 and on auto renewal it didn't switch over and kept the same 6GB plan. This happened the last time I had a change on renewal and someone from the forum and was nice enough to switch it up for me. Was hoping someone could assist with this again. 🙂

How does one contact the mods ? I'm new to the forums and my plan never switched either 😞 even though I got a text that it did!

This is a known issue with the system. You will have to contact the mods with your info. Please only contact them once and note that it will take them some time(days) to fix the problem as they are busy fixing a lot of the port in requests and other issues that people have had during his promo.
