Were you using Public Mobile when you were sending them before? If not, you may need to adjust the APN settings on your phone as MMS picture messages require the same APN as data usage.

I agree 100% with this. A company that's purely focused on self serve would benefit greatly from an app, but of course only after the service itself is operating smoothly. The PM mobile self serve website isn't streamlined for mobile browsers either,...
