Like you said you been with this company for 4 years. The loyalty pay is for those not with the grandfather plan. If you want loyalty pays you would need to switch to the newer plans

Sadly since you switch your plan to 10 days you do not quality for any rewards. the rewards only eligible on 30 days and 90 days plan. once you switch back to 30 days other 90 days you will be able to quality for the rewards once again

since you have your plan for 3 yrs so you have had your plan before the switch. the rewards such as loyalty referral and community only applies to those who join after Jan 29 2015. if you want you can switch your plan to the new plans so you can qual...
