I would like to thank everyone who contributed to helping me become informed about how the system operates. I now have a pin that I chose and the account is now labelled under my email, not one chosen by agent in store. Also learned how to suspend autopay to put service on hold while outside Canada.

if you are suspending the service, make note of the 1st day of the suspension and come back NO LATER than 85th days and reactivate for at least one cycle before putting it back to suspension, or the account will be closed permanently. after 90 days of suspension
