Upgraded to 5G on 4G Nokia 2.1 July 2024. Still can't send pictures since February 2024. Last picture sent I photographed infrastructure in Yaletown, Vancouver. Included apartment building exterior. Did I invade someone's privacy by photographing exterior of apartment from Cambie Bridge last February. I want my MMS back.

Updated according to your link. Didn't make any difference. After changing numbers like that I consider myself lucky that I can still send text.

That's odd. As long as you have data or wifi you should be able to access the public mobile website.

The Community wesite and all account functions can be accessed on a mobile device.

HI @Sansan
it has to do with server and software upgrade

I think they do it on purpose, what good does it serve them? Who cares what phone you have, why should we have to purchase news just to use a carrier?
Yet take the same phone somewhere else and it works 🤨.

I had the same issue. I spent substantial amount of time checking settings and testing with no luck. Issue deals with the changes PM made in Feb. I got a new SIM card /plan with Freedom Mobile and everything started to magically work with the same phone. PM appears to be restricting MMS features on some phones? Im much happier with Freedom Mobile.

I think that you've pasted the wrong link. The link above isn't related to APN settings.

@Outside2 Did you update your APN settings as indicated due to the MMS change in February?

Check the APN settings on your Nokia phone to see if it is set correctly:
